WRITING EXPERIENCE

Wrote for a small time comedy website that is now defunct known as ZowieWowie.com for a couple years in the mid 2000s with some mildly viral success.

Currently write for a Fantasy Football Podcast and a Podcast/blog about comments left on local news Facebook posts.

I am a very competent songwriter and lyricist and I write yearly music reviews for albums on one of my own websites.

Writing detailed reports and notating accounts has been a long standing important talent of mine in the workplace.

Worked as an IT helpdesk analyst and then promoted to Subject Matter Expert. Provided support for company employees from General Motors, OnStar, Rolls-Royce and more. Resigned on good terms to volunteer internationally.

March 2009 - October 2012

Provided Tier III Advanced Technical Support for AT&T smartphone customers during the later stages of the Blackberry device and then introduction of Android Devices. Promoted to SME and then Trainer.

November 2012 - April 2019

Reviewed and evaluated proprietary in-house company programs and apps. Analyzed and reported on any issues and made necessary changes based on the data gathered. Monitored company metrics and service level agreements. Was considered the “go to guy” when any issues arose out of the ordinary.
