Responsibilities:
Dishwasher: Responsible for the sanitation of all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils. Maintained the cleanliness of the dish-room and food prep areas. Helped buss tables and other cleaning duties as needed.
Line Cook: Prepped all foods needed for each area of the kitchen (sautéed, steamed, fried, grilled, and broiled). Cooked each meal to order while maintaining a sanitary work environment. Assisted various catering parties as needed.
Kitchen Manager: Assist with the above duties mentioned but primarily expediting. I prepare most plates that leave the kitchen, making sure they are presentable to the customer. I am also responsible for ordering inventory, checking in the delivery trucks and making sure everything is put away in its proper place. Although I assist the other cooks throughout each night it is my responsibility to ensure everything is done properly, efficiently, and sanitary.

Kitchen Manager- It was my responsibility to open a brand new kitchen. I organize all kitchen supplies and equipment, prepped, cooked, expedited plates, ordered all inventory, check delivery, put up stock, trained cooks, performed scheduling for all kitchen staff and maintained a sanitary work environment. I also winterize the restaurant when it was time to shut down.
