Beginning September 14, 2020, I began my current position with Covenant Health where I work on site as

an Inpatient coder for a variety of Acute Care Facilities. Here, Cerner is used along with the 3M CAC encoder

grouper to abstract Inpatient charts. During my current employment, attendance is critical as it would be in

any position. Learning a new system is both challenging and rewarding. Being a life long learner, I look
