PRESENT EMPLOYMENT :

Presently working with Mahodar Beverages Baddi Manufacturer of Natural Mineral Water a unit of Varahi Ltd. Group since Jan 2018 as Manager Accounts Job Responsibilities-

Responsible for the entire factory Activities as well as Maintain discipline in the organization & compliance for statutory regulations. 1) Prepare and file the GSTR-1 and 3B return on monthly basis. 2) To ensure that TDS deduct on monthly basis to respective parties had deducted and ensure it should be deposit before the last date, as well as all arrange to prepare the TDS Return on Quarterly basis and submit the data to CA for file the TDS return.

3) To verify that all types of vouchers are having necessary supporting documents and also ensure that these vouchers are entered in the Books of Accounts.

4) Compliance with various regulations including ESI, PF and Factories Act etc. 5) Playing an active role for finalize the Audit of Accounts as well as Assist with CA for finalization the Balance Sheet.

6) Liaising with All the Govt. Dept like as Industry Department, Pollution Control Board, Sales Tax Deptt, Central Excise & Customs, Labour department, ESIC

& PF department.

1. Worked with Alpex Exports (P) Ltd. As Manager Accounts from July 2017 to Jan 2018 a unit of manufacturing the Solar Panels. 2. Worked with M/s Bharti Infotech Ltd from Aug 2012 to June 2017 as Manager Accounts and handle all the responsibilities of accounting activity as well as dealing with Central Excise and Custom Department and other Govt. Department.

3. Worked with “ASPEE SPRINGS LIMITED” Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) as Assistant Manager Accounts from June 2007 to Aug 2012 4. Worked with “Alfa Cement Industries”- Tahliwal Distt Una (Himachal Pradesh), as Accounts officer. From Aug 2005 to May 2007, This Unit was Manufacturer of Cement by its own Brand.
