PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Chargeback

CLIENT: wells Fargo bank United States of America .

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

●Handling debit cards disputes, issuing chargeback for visa cards.

●Identification of fraud by using the applications, DAT, MARS, and Hogan.

●After determining the charges are fraud, will issue Provisional credits to the customer.

●Adjusting interest charges and fee if applicable in Hogan application.

●Analysing and posting GL entry adjustments using Etran application for any discrepancies in GL accounts.

●In document review, documents of the customers are reviewed for assurance of signatures
