Recruitment and Selection: as a major part of our term grade in this class, we had to start and finish a mock recruitment process. Starting from creating a job posting for the given position, interviewing applicants and then choosing the best applicant based on the needs of the job and which candidate we prove would best fit that role.
Created a policy: As an assignment in HRM during post-grad, we were responsible for creating a policy for employees and how it would be implemented into the organization, which we successfully did adhering to the requirements which needed to be included in the policy.
