Designation: Electrical Engineer (Design and Site Operations) Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Providing full support to the Site team as per the rules and regulations of the local authorities.

• Implementing the local authorities regulations (ADDC, DEWA, ADCD, DCD) while maintaining the quality and standards both in design and site operations.

• Preparing project documents for authorities’ approval.

• Assigning daily work schedule to the site team.

• Performing and monitoring multiple jobs at a time and providing full coordination and support to the Engineering Design and project team.

• Technical reporting to the Sr. Project Manager.

• Daily Design and Site Operation meetings to meet with clients requirements while complying with BS and local authorities’ standards.

• Sound knowledge of Electrical Project Material and proposing to the client as per the project performance specification and Project baseline scope.

• Supervising and guiding Electrical draftsmen’s in designing of electrical parameters including cable sizing, breaker sizing, electrical load allocations, voltage drop, cable tray, cable trunking calculations etc.

• Highlighting the major concerns which have direct impact on cost control and accordingly advising to the site team.

• Regular coordination meetings with consultant, client and sub-contractors.

• Raising stage wise IRF requests to the client as per the contract and specifications.

• Following ADCD and DCD regulations for the fire alarm and emergency lighting system during site execution.

• Sound knowledge of Fire Alarm system, Emergency Lighting system and Fire Fighting system. Both in design and execution.

• Having Knowledge of HVAC System and Heat load calculations.

• Knowledge of IT Structure cabling, ELV and PA system.

• Regular follow up and coordination with sub-contractors and project stakeholders to achieve daily targets and monitoring their daily schedule and site activities.

• Providing the detailed list of the material with relevant Data Sheets/Catalog for client’s approval.

• Strong coordination with Site and Procurement Department for the prompt action, considering the time frame of the Technical & Commercial Submission.

• Having knowledge for LUX studies and providing competitive design to meet the project requirements.

• Measuring the material quantities for the project and raising material requisition for the whole project in line with the project MAR approval list.

• Meetings with Contractor, Consultants and Client on regular basis to enhance the site activities to avoid delays.

• Excellent skills in testing & commissioning of the LV Electrical System.

• Strictly following the Project schedule and executing the site activities accordingly.

• Meetings with QA/QC engineers to ensure the quality as per the contract and standards.

• Preparing Project documents from initial stage to final handing over including Method Statements, IRF, ITP, Testing & Commissioning.

• Technical discussion with the suppliers for the project materials to comply with project specification and timeline.

• Organization and scheduling maintenance for the completed projects those are under warranty. List of Major Projects Executed and Completed:

1. Design and Build of the Sas Al Nakhel-Abu Dhabi Military Temporary Camp, Client- AIS ( ETIMAD ) 2014-2017 2. Renovation and construction of new accommodation and C store for ADNOC in Hammem, Client – ADNOC DISTRIBUTION.

3. Design, Supply and installation of Prefabricated Site Office Facility for Miral Development Yas Island Abu Dhabi, Client- ALEC Engineering 2019

4. Design, Supply and installation of USA Military Temporary site facilities in Al Minhad Base- Dubai, Client - Gateway Ventures 2019

5. Design, Supply and installation of Bu HASA intergraded Field Development Project for ADNOC- EPC, Client - Tecincas Reunidas 2019-2020

6. CMW accommodations is Seih Al Hama, Al Manama and LIWA, Client - CMW 2019 7. Design, Supply and installation of Site Facilities for the Military Camp in Al Qua Air Base-Alain, Client - Maplin 2020-2021
