Roles and Responsibilities:

Preservation Engineer with Deva Preservation Services Pvt Ltd, Bangalore (2017-2019).

● Assist Project/Technical manager in work planning and implementation.

● Managing the Preservation technicians.

● Perform Preservation work activities and ensure works are carried out in full compliance with approved procedures in safe manner.

● Estimation of Preservatives and manpower for the projects.

● Recommending appropriate solutions for rust prevention.

● Carry out in-process monitoring and have control on board to ensure the preservation technicians follows the procedure (in terms of preservatives used, percentage dilution and application method).

● Prepare final documentation for the preservation project undertaken. Preservation Engineer- Commissioning with Petrofac International- BPCL Refinery, Kochi. (2019-2021)

● Fully responsible for the due performance of the work at Worksites and must have an engineering background.

● Responsible for the supervision of execution team and hand on execution of Preservation tasks under the contract in a timely and efficient manner.

● Review and Maintain Preservation Execution Plan.

● Ensure that maintenance history records are properly registered in Contractor or Company system along with an offline system (to be created).

● Monitor status of 'Preservation Materials' in Contractor's tracking system and manage planning and replenishment process.

● Measure productivity in connection to actual working hours.

● Prepare Permit-To-Work (PTW) for medium/high risk activities as required. Technical Skills:
