Partnered with Marketing and IT to launch and develop full-price Omni channel store of the future concept. Initially rolled out in London followed by U.S. outlet division.

Instrumentally involved in the successful negotiation of vendor shop contract with Macy’s, an exclusive agreement for in-store shops. Secured prime real estate as well as improved profit margins.

Developed new global fixture sportswear concept for all stores with a consistent look and image across wholesale, retail, and outlet.

Collaborated with global sourcing on in-store elements, reducing expenses and ensuring consistency. Partnered with corporate real estate, determining optimal store locations and lease parameters.
