Review and analyze all MEP drawings, materials,

schedules/program of works, etc.

Review the shop drawings, Construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the

requirements of the project.

Reviewing submittals prior to submission to the Consultant.

Ensuring that all civil obstructions have been cleared to MEP contractor to proceed with MEP activities.

Engage with authority at beginning of project to insure that all temporary utilities (Electrical& water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of project to ensure disconnection of utility services.
