Job Responsibility :

- Monitoring General Ledgers, Party Ledgers, Sales Ledgers, Purchase Ledgers.

- Maintaining net banking transactions (online payments to vendors ) and funds

transfers, monitoring Bank reconciliation.

- Vendor Reconciliation Statement.

- Client Reconciliation Statement.

- Handling day to day Accounts in Pro-fit ERP accounting system.

- Coordinating with Auditors for carrying out Audit.

- Submission of Debtors and Creditors statements weekly.

- Maintains & prepare Inter Branch Reconciliation on regular basis.

- Maintenance of Debtors & Creditors Ledgers for keeping them at a bay.

- Deduct TDS from sub-contractors as per I.T Rules.

- Passing month end journal entries.
