Investigate and resolve daily complaints and high-level service requests, within five business days, while applying advanced map reading skills to navigate the city efficiently; filter requests through the Motorola Customer Service Reporting System (MCSRS), Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), DC Regulatory Affairs, Department of Health, Department of Housing, Executive Office of the Mayor (EOM), and Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners
Act independently to interpret guidelines, analyze results, and recommend changes to work processes in order to safeguard the District from financial liability or the appearance of impropriety; protect the public from unhealthy exposure; and prevent the use of abandoned vehicles for drugs, paraphernalia, or other illegal activities
Track and update service requests using various automated tools and information systems, including WALES (Washington Area Law Enforcement System), MCSRS, Electronic Ticket Information System (E-TIMS), Automated Inventory Management System (AIMS), Public Space Tax and Revenue Real Property Database, and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
Prepare daily and monthly reports to track all public and private property service requests, investigations, and removals
Customer Service
Serve on special taskforces for Mayor’s city-wide initiatives; represent the Administration during special community events; and address daily questions from constituents and stakeholders
Represent Agency during monthly CORE team meetings in order to address specific complaints by ward
