Description: Anthem Inc.is a provider of health insurance in the US. The LTSS project is a part of the care management operating system focusing on data analysis to identify the areas of improvement for customer experience around the extended care/support. The project involves collaborative efforts from data analysts, development teams and business analysts.

Roles & Responsibilities – Data Analyst

● As a data analyst, responsible for analyzing the data collection requirements for LTSS ( Long Term Support and Services-Medicaid program for senior people), design and development of data collection assessments that will be used by nursing assistants.

● Job duties include, comparing the data, designing and making of assessment UI (Admin Console), corresponding layout creation for PDF generation, linking between UI and template using tokens, testing/evaluation of UI and generated output. Also responsible for making changes to address issues based on peer review/testing or feedback from the market.

● Responsible for using Jira/confluence for task/status tracking and reporting and also for handling bugs following scrum agile practises.
