Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
Enforced rules and regulations of all compound facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety
Develop and build positive relationships with residents and guests
Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards
Control yearly budget and manage stock levels and order supplies
Inspect all amenities areas Gym, pool, indoor playground, restaurant and nursery to ensure that hygiene, health and safety regulations are met.
Organize all sports classes and monthly scheduling,
Supervise the work of cleaning staff and ensure standards are maintained
