Major responsibility is supervision all execution works related to civil works.
2nd level responsibility is checking the compatibility between the design "tender" drawings and the campus general specifications, and in case of differences- giving the privilege to the one achieving the required purpose.
3rd level responsibility, checking the submitted materials, tests.
4th level is quantity surveying to the proposed, executed or the new items-in case of any- to check periodic interim payments or submitting required financial studies may be requested.
Minor responsibilities, coordinating between Client, TYPSA, Contractors considering the landscaping elements.
Emergency coordination at accidental leakage "in gravity flow”, supplying shortage or cutting off utilities "in Pressurized Utilities".

All pipe laying for pressurized pipes like drinking, irrigation, grey water and firefighting, and chilled water networks…etc.
Excavation works for structural purposes like in chilled water plant 2, waste water tank, irrigation water tank, sewage submersible pit, waste water submersible pump.
All waterproofing works around the constructed buildings, like "porous block systems and PVC membrane, hydro duct".
All backfilling stages inside the buildings and site development.

Firstly, Completion rerouting works.
Rerouting of rain water culvert connecting the East Side of Campus pasted to Othman bin Affan road towards West side of Airport road "from closed RC culvert to 1200 mm dia. RC pipe" with approximate excavation depth of 4-6 m.
Rerouting of same rain water culvert to be out of the new boys’ school building (c-707-b) with 3.0 m by 1.7 m with depth of around -2.0 m near to Campus gate 6 "old numbering".
Rerouting of rain water two RC pipes of dia. Of 1200 mm and one PVC sewage water pipe of dia. 400 mm at girls’ school building c-707-g with depth of excavation of around 5-6 m.
Secondly Finishing all hydraulic utilities.
Excavation, Bedding, Pipe Laying and Backfilling of All Hydraulic Utilities That feeding the following buildings as examples: -
Housing Projects (three stages twenty-one towers).
Schools’ project "six buildings).
