Visual merchandise manager

November 2019 - current

My main responsibilities at Adidas were to define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy while communicating my ideas with the team and executing a plan to put my ideas to use. I would also create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. By doing research on lifestyle and demographic design trends I was able to boost store revenue. I also produced window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays to help boost store revenue as well.

My responsibilities at Vera Bradley were to increase and maintain customer satisfaction, handle any escalation by problem solving and answering customers’ questions. I trained and coached associates to companies’ selling culture; values, and commitments. I also ran all aspects of the social media for this location while being a brand ambassador, hosting events, and handling all the day to day operations. I would often implement all visual merchandising programs and coordinate all in store visual displays to create the perfect customer experience while boosting sales.

I held many positions while working for this Victoria Secret the most important being to create an amazing customer experience known as the VS experience. I would also receive and process shipments, run social media pages, coach and train associates on the day to day operations while communicating job expectations
