Comments: Thanks to Mike and his perseverance in helping us to track down and capture the culprits that vandalized the Mecca location on three separate occasions. Mike spent countless hours responding to repair the damage and to also set up cameras at the location to help capture the culprits. He worked diligently with local law enforcement personnel and took it upon himself to follow the trails leaving the site to zero in on the suspects location. Great work in maintaining the site and helping to keep it secure from future attacks. Appreciate your extra efforts.

On December 26th, 2018 the Mecca CA long haul site had a break-in and theft. The perpetrator had also hit the VZW, Frontier & Sprint Cell Towers in the area. Over the next few days the site was hit and vandalized 3 more times, Mike went above and beyond by investigating the tracks left behind and reviewing surveillance pictures to help identify the perpetrator, leading to his arrest.

To Whom It May Concern:
I had the benefit of having Michael Meier as part of my team on my last project prior to retirement.
From January 2016 thru the end of that year, we performed field and detail OSP engineering on 3 separate fiber projects, including permit and CRO/MRE preparation. These projects covered FTTH, FTTCS, and backbone for a total of 700+ sites and 3800 miles.

However, he is a natural leader and will take the time to share his knowledge with others, while still maintaining objectives.
Michael is a good citizen; whose principles and skills are an asset to any team.
I especially recommend his leadership and direction of newer employees.
Sincerely,
