Reading and implementation of P&I Drawings, Process Engineering Flow Schematic diagram (PEFS), Loop Diagrams and Hook-up drawings.

Erection of Control panels, Measurement panels. Local instrument enclosures, Control Desks in Unit Control room.

Erection of UPS System with ACDBs, Batteries for Electrical and Instrumentation packages.

POWER PLANT:

Erection of Instruments, for various parameters in power plants like temperature, pressure, flow, level vibration etc. as per, given P&ID drawings and hook-up drawings Erection of CONTROL ROOM panels like DCS, Control Desks.

Cable laying from Field JB’s and Field Instruments and from drives to control panels. Glanding and termination for testing commissioning.

Local instruments erection as per Hook up drawings by impulse lines in Steam, water, gas and oil lines, Provident of RTD’s, Thermo Wels.

Flow sensors, Level switches, Level Indicators, local pressure and Temp. Gauges.

Erection of Burner Tilt power cylinders SADC Power cylinders, Igniters, flame sensors and

Instrument air lines by GI conduits, branching with copper tubing, SS tubing by fittings.

Measuring instruments like RTD’s Thermocouples Flow instruments, Pressure gauges

Pressure and Temp Controllers, Actuators, Valves etc. limit switch setting and Commissioning.

Extension of 24v AC and DC power supply through UPS to field.

Transmitters, Testing, and Commissioning. As well as field instruments drives vibration pickups, Solenoid valves, I/P Transducer.

Converters pneumatic valves testing commissioning.

Motorized actuators, Pneumatic actuators and Control valves calibration, Setting of Limit switches positioning, feedback etc.

Erection of 33KV /11KV transmission lines, Feeder erection internal cabling to breakers CT’s PT’s feedback to SCADA etc.

Erection of Transformers, Oil Filtration, Oil testing like BDV value, Nitrogen filling etc.

Checking of resistance with core to body, phase to phase, with positive and reverse polarity.

Testing of all CTs and PTs in HT & LT switchgear and IPBD

Transmission lines poles erection stringing, cross arm setting insulator fixing, tightening of cables/wires binding to insulators, jumper to phase to phase wherever required, end connection at transformer end and distribution end etc.

Bus bar connection, Earth connection continuity, bus checking with respect of ground with phase RYB and Neutral, individual breakers checking, relay testing by injecting the mA and mV as for set points for timers.

Also known for HT Cable joints for straight through joints End Termination with heat Compound.
