Project Value: AED 620,000,000 Million.

Project Brief: Project comprises of total area of 44,500 Sqmts. Accommodating 325 high end furnished rooms along with the landscape area both soft and hard landscape measures of 10,000 Sqmts. Scopes includes the FF&E with high end internal finishes and externally cladded with full curtain wall facades. Jan-2015 to Dec-2017 - Serve Design Consulting Engineering - INDIA 1. Project: G+10 Apartment and Commercial building, along with related services i.e. Substation and related external works.

2 Project: G+5 - Corporate building for info tech solutions. Accommodating the Offices for IT professionals along with amenity facilities. 3 Project: G+1 – High end executive Villas (Bungalows) 4. Project: Miscellaneous residential apartment building and independent houses. Position Title: Project Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

RCC Work:

Prior to Start RCC ensure availability of the Related approval, shop drawings, Method Statement.

Prior to Start Excavation Works make Sure Coordinates or Layout are Satisfied and Approved for this Purpose Coordinate with Site Surveyor.

Familiar with construction drawings and study the contract documents and applicable specifications prior to execution of all jobs.

Supervision/execution, checking and assuring that the execution is as per the latest revision of shop drawings, approved method statement and project specifications.

Witnessing tests and keeping records of independent test lab reports.

Ensuring the material used on site is already verified and approved through MVR.

Track and ensure timely delivery of material at the site to support the construction schedule

Conduct and attend site meetings including safety as well as coordination meetings with clients, consultants along with other contractors.

Carry out site walks and inspection and identifying poor quality elements and advise construction team required improvement in quality

Ensuring that Company HSE policies are implemented at site in coordination with HSE department during execution of work

Assign targets ensuring optimum utilization of resources to meet project deadlines.

Coordination with sub-contractors for the smooth flow of work.

Generate site progress reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required by project managers and consultants.

Follow up for early closure of NCR, if any.

Participation in preparation of “As built drawings” and project closeout documents Finishing Works:

Prior to Start Finishing Works, Ensure availability of the related MEP clearances, approved Method Statement & Shop Drawings. Ensure material approved via MAR.

Ensure the related inspection request along with all the attachments I.e. Approved shop drawings, method statements and related MEP clearances if any requires.

Carrying out quality presentation for the repeated finishing items mistakes.

Providing the solutions for the issues raised during the progress of work.

Coordinate with the seniors for the site conditions in case of discrepancies.

Ensure the implementation of Inspection test procedures.

Highlight the safety hazards. Highlight the potential variation items.

Familiar with Architectural finishes items such as block work, plastering, painting, flooring works.

Raise the Site observation to the relative departments. Providing the snags for the finished elements.

Coordinate with the subcontractor and provide the solution site related minor issues.

Familiar with the MEP systems.

Familiar with Ceiling coordination and above ground/underground coordination

Maintain the record for the latest correspondences i.e. RFI & CR.

Coordinate with specialized sub-contractors. familiar with curtain wall system. IT EXPERTISE

AutoCAD 2000-2015, PROGE Cad 8

Certified in Quantity Surveying & Cost Controlling.
