Currently working on LPD, DDG, and LHA ships doing lock out tag out for Sea Trials. Work along side of SUP SHIP and Navy Cert. Team to meet certification and ship regulations. Troubleshooting motor controller, generators, load centers, designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plan and arrange the equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provide test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples. Design components or portions of system to develop or improve products and facilitate manufacturing operations. Gathered information, calculations, and prepared original rough layouts, sketches to present design proposal.
