• Mentored and observed progress of a cohort of 23 students within a 20-week intensive web development/software engineering bootcamp.

• Collaborated with a team of six to build a mobile application for the Boston Police Teen Academy to keep teens and mentors connected in a safe space during and after the program as well as giving access to one-on-one support, community mental and physical health and events.

• Worked closely with client/founder to diagnose and prioritize features and services that should be included in the final product.

• Application built from idea to MVP in 48 hours. My primary contribution was backend. Built with React Native, Express, MySQL and Nodemon

• Final product exceeded the expectations of the client as well as won a top prize in the hack-a-thon.

Ancora.ai (Digital Support Tool Project) / Nov 2020 to Feb 2021

• Collaborated with a team of 3 co-students to build a dynamic, user-friendly map of clinical trials for patients.

• Parsed legacy code and incorporated Google Maps API with React components.

• Gathered business requirements for Map functionality and translated requirements to technical specifications.

• Currently building an application that provides ease of access to wedding planners, florists, and bridal parties as well as their friends, families or whomever they chose to share the flower choosing experience with near and far virtually.

• Created a database of 400 flowers specifically relevant to Miami area distributors with a test base in both Miami and the Florida Keys awaiting an MVP.

• Application and database built using Node, Express, React.js with Hooks, MySQL and Sequelize.
