Inspecting all services (Electrical, HVAC & Firefighting) as per client requirement.
Preparing of Weekly Progress Reports, Daily Manpower Reports, Check list for the Billable items.
Finding problems & giving solutions for execution of work at site
Organizing Project Review Meeting and weekly updating the status of the project to Architect/Client.
Maintaining Quality and Commissioning Documents as per client requirement
Billing & Project closure
Preparing measurement sheets and checking Vendor RA Bills.
Submission of Running Bills for supply and erection to Clients
Checking the Vendors Bills against the erection quantity.
Preparation of Quantity variation statement and NT items if applicable, providing proper justification with Architect/Consultant approval
Preparation of Final PO quantity against the revised BOQ
Coordinating with Planning Team for the preparation of handing over document.
Preparation of Assets list for the projects.
