Projects:

[M.TECH] ‘Activity based buildability factors affecting construction labor productivity.’

Labor productivity with reference to flooring is studied. 23 variables which can affect the productivity are analyzed by collecting responses from 40 respondents. The effect of tile size, screed thickness and geometry of the room on labor productivity are determined.

[BE] ‘Seismic analysis of irregularities with different setbacks in structure.’

The effect of seismic loading on a building with a setback irregularity is considered in the project. Irregular buildings with set-back ratios are analyzed with ETABS software.

[TE] ‘Smart management of waste water’

Project focuses on the smart management of waste water in Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur.
