Description:
I am working as Techincal Support (T1) for Knoah with Client Google Nest and doing Techincal support activities. This system provides Customer service, Billing and Order Management functions for the company. The major functions of Service module included generating orders as per requirement, Recording Personal Details, Handling Cases, Educating, and Cases Transfers within the process and Creation of Cases Summary. The Billing module allowed Billing and receivables, looked into multiple modes of Payment and Rates Definition for Services.
Responsibilities:
Worked as team member and performed the roles of Technical support using Salesforce in the organization.
Creation of cases, processing refunds, generating orders, tracking the generated orders escalating the cases as per the business requirement.
