Frequency Reconfiguration of Vivaldi antenna for cognitive radio applications using hexagonal slots - Antennas and Wave Propoagation Aug 2018 - Apr 2019
Antenna reconfiguration is a requirement in most of the communication related activities involving multiband communication. The design of wideband, multiband or reconfigurable antennas for multimode terminal applications. The Main Objective of this work is to design frequency reconfigurable Vivaldi antenna that can be used for cognitive radio applications. In cognitive radio communication the secondary user can access the spectrum, originally allocated to a primary licensed user, when it is not in use. The proposed frequency reconfigurable Vivaldi antenna design is operated at different frequencies in the range of 2.5 GHz -12 GHz. Simulation results will be done by using ANSYS HFSS software.
