* Oversee production activities of planning and organizing the product
schedules

* To handle new product, start up and monitor manufacturing process
yield, quality and productivity.
* To improve existing operation in term of process improvement and
related manufacturing support function to achieve optimum efficiency.
* Supervise a team of engineering, quality assurance, store, purchasing
and planning to provide an efficient support for improvement in
production quality, materials availability, accuracy of material
stock and accuracy of planning.
* Perform evaluation, analysis and development activities to provide
solutions for technical problems.
* Work closely with production staff to ensure they comply with process
procedures and achieve departmental quality objectives.
* Work closely with customers to ensure the quality of products meets
the specified requirement.
* Work closely with engineering team in developing or changing of
policies and procedures.
