Finance/Administration

Manage day-to-day operation of Capital Projects and Facilities Management Work Management Center, Customer Services Call Center, and Accounts Payable and Receivables Units.

- assure integrity of multiple financial transactions ($10,000,000 monthly);

Serve as department liaison between Facilities Management and the campus community. Resolve client issues as they relates to Capital Projects and Facilities Management services.

Oversee establishment of client and work orders/cost centers for all construction, repair and maintenance services provided to the campus community.

Establish building maintenance cost centers with single and multiple funding sources; utilize CP&FM space management data to allocate cost.

Develop financial models to monitor expenditures for various cost centers relating to construction and maintenance dollars.

Develop Capital Constructions Data Base

Computer

Design MS Access database(s) to analyze and report on work order management, recharge activity, client billing, job reporting, contract and purchase order transactions and various unit activity reports for operational/management use.

Developed and maintain Access Reports Databases on MS client-server, enabling on-line access to various management and operational reports.

Ensure proper maintenance, documentation and enhancements of the unit’s business system to insure data integrity.

Developed and maintain Accounting Database.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, FoxPro, Q&A, MS Office, MS Office, PeopleSoft, WebLinks.
