JOB EXPERIENCES/DESCRIPTION
1.Responsible for manpower mobilization, equipment and materials delivery and preparing work schedule.
2.In Charge for monitoring the given project, answers client concern, attends meeting and daily supervision. ( such as making work schedule, manpower loading schedule, materials and equipment loading schedule, Monitoring all deliveries from supplier, Actual Site monitoring. Make and Submit billing and follow-up collection. Prepared as-built, Testing and commissioning. )
3.Maintenance Engineer for Equipments (Generator, Elevator, CCTV, Pumps and Motors)
4.Managing daily coordination with supplier, sales and warehouse for the project transactions and even purchasing of materials personally when needed.
5.Attending Tenants and Building Owners request for inspection.
6.Providing solutions for technical problems and issues.
7.Implements approved initiatives to support the availability projects targets date.
8.Assessing the levels of risk on a project.
9.Direct supervision of all electricians and technicians for maintenance.
10.Daily coordination meeting with House keeping and security personnels.
11.Checking and approval of daily work permits of tenants and contractors.
