o Experience scrubbing a wide variety of ambulatory cases including general, ophthalmic, gyno, urology, podiatry, plastics, hands and DXOA knees, maintaining a sterile field, communicating with doctors and nurses to achieve best patient care. Started up the Bariatric service line, gave presentation on eyes to the nurse consortium routinely. Also pick up shifts at L&D to help out.

o Experience scrubbing a wide variety of Ophthalmic surgical procedures including some plastics such as blepharoplasty, strabismus, mullerectomy etc., also Glaucoma, Corneal transplants, Lasik, Pterygium and Cataract surgeries, able to scrub with all doctors, train new techs and helping train new nurses within the scope of my practice such as sterile procedures, equipment and supplies, some procedural techniques etc., knowledge of loading many different types of lenses, traveled to other locations to help, experience in ordering and lens billing, skilled in multitasking many jobs at once, manage daily scheduling for techs, skills in problem solving, central supply, Instrument processing and packaging, maintaining par levels, communicating with doctors and staff about the needs of the procedures.
