ACADEMIC PROJECTS
1.Airless Pump May 2018
Designed a novel pump to alleviate the time for deburring in some areas of pump. Identification of the defects in the working mechanism of the pump in some parts like motor, to improve and enhance the functioning of the pump which is less prone to errors. Rebuilding and validating the critical burr occurring areas of the vacuum pumps to shorten the deburring time.
2.Vella Flow Machine May 2017
Investigation of the application of glaze with different velocities on different tiles and ensure the function of machine practically and to augment the efficiency of the machine. Analysed several methods and increased the efficiency of the machine by 5%. Insinuation of the lean principles was found to improve the productivity of the machine by 20%.
