PF Technologies June 1999 – March 2005

Inspected quality of various incoming electronic devices such as cellular phones, automatic teller machines, ultra sound machines, and vacuums. Trained new personnel for quality control inspections. Performed various duties for human resources department. Provided data entry for new hires for medical insurance, 401 K, direct deposit, and other paper work needed. Head of the safety committee; designed fire drill routes, implemented safety procedures, and overall safety of the plant.

Performed TLC (Thin Layer of Chromatography) tests for aflatoxin on all incoming cottonseeds received at the mill. Checked for hexane in all cottonseed oil for possible flash. Checked for bleach color on production oil from the seed. Tested for moisture and protein content in cottonseed meal and broke down cottonseed samples.
