1.Multiproduct Cleaning

Designed to unify cleaning of product with the same cleaning program. Will speed the delivery of materials and cleaning cycles. Cycle cleaning takes 3 hours and department performs 2-3 cleanings daily, so finishing it will save $700 per cycle and $400,000 on cleaning cost.

2.Reduction on Replacement of Vent filters in Buffer Tanks

Purpose is to reduce change over vent filter for buffer filtration from one time use to multiple per manufacturer recommendation. Cost per filter is $500, validating the re-use of the filter up to 30 batches; company will save over $15,000 in those batches, up to $500,000 per year. Since there is no need to often replace the filter, will speed formulation’s change over.

3.RTP’s filter elimination

The scope is to eliminate RTP’s filters from the assembly of filling equipment. Filling lines will not have to wait for the integrity test to be performed to use filling set. Each filter costs $300 and filling areas uses 6 filters per batch. Will save over 2 million dollars yearly on filters without counting time of preparation and labor.
