Throughout my working career, I have had numerous learning experiences, both positive and negative, however I welcomed the learning experience, and applied it to my professional skill set. I have learned to work with people from different diversities, gaining knowledge and insight of their cultures, mannerisms and how they go about life on a daily basis. I have had to work in different working environments, where different emotions and demeanours where brought to light, and I used these learning opportunities to better my interaction and communication with colleagues and clients. This has also given me the foundation of relationship building with colleagues, and it improved my listening and managing skills.
I am a conscientious person who pays attention to detail, and is self-motivated, problem solving orientated, and always focus on finding a solution as well as being self-managed with minimal oversight required. Achievements
In my position at Mobile Comp Tech, I was responsible for training employees, and helping clients use the Internet Café program. This led to my initiative of introducing and presenting a training program for Microsoft Office (entry level) to the public, as I felt there was a need in the market. I wrote the training manuals and presented workshops in my private capacity during weekends. I introduced customer service ratings at the same company that led to the improvement of dealing with clients as well as a reduction in the number of complaints.
