RELEVANT PROJECTS

Smart water package system for homes. 2020

It is designed to monitor the level of water in the overhead tank, purity of water and collect the rainwater by opening the lid of the overhead tank automatically . In this project we had used various components like ultrasonic sensor, rain sensor, tds meter, arduino, and node mcu. All the parameters that are measured like water level in the upper tank, purity of water are uploaded to adafruit cloud with the help of the node mcu so that it provides us a hassle free environment to view all the parameters. This project also reduces human interaction with water so our water remains also free from the impurities. Project Supervisor: Dr. Purnima Hazra (Asst. Prof, SMVDU, J&K) Air and Noise Monitoring System with alert system. 2019 In this project, Node MCU, gas sensor, noise sensor and GSM module, all are interfaced with Arduino. Sensors collect the data at regular intervals and store the data on the cloud with the help of Node MCU and whenever the sensors cross the threshold value, an alert is sent to the required phone number with the help of GSM module.

Project Supervisor: Dr. Sumeet Gupta (Assoc. Prof, SMVDU, J&K) Smart Voting System using Arduino 2018

In this project, we have interfaced fingerprint sensor, GSM module, keypad and LCD with Arduino. Information of voters stored in fingerprint sensors and only the registered voters on the screen is able to participate in the election and the result of the election is sent to the required phone number with the help of GSM module.

Project Supervisor: Dr. Purnima Hazra (Asst. Prof, SMVDU, J&K) Automatic Door Lock System using microprocessor 2017 In this project, the output of a microprocessor is connected to the motor through a motor driver. Whenever we type the right password through a keypad which is interfaced with the microprocessor, the motor rotates clockwise and LCD which is also interfaced with the microprocessor shows that password is correct and vice-versa.
