JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Medical equipment planning with the clinical staff/Nursing Superitendent/Medical director. 2) Coordinating with purchase/Procurement department for finalizing and negotiation of medi cal equipments for complete project as well as upcoming new projects. 3) Coordinating with Muti speciality Consultants (Cardiology/neurology/Anesthesia dept/ICU / MICU/Nephrology )and understading and promoting latest medical Technology availability. 4) Coordinating with purchase/Material department and ensure that proper technical specifica tion and clinical software are ordered or not during Purchase order preparation. 5) Vendor Management,following up with vendor so that machine delivery on time and installe d on time so that any operation delays &loss are reduced and avoided. 6) Pre-inspection /post inspection and commissioning of Installation of All equipment In Hospit al also ensuring all equipments are received with Acessories mentioned according to purchase order. 7) Providing proper training to end user/nurses/radiographer/lab technicain and also giving A sset code for each new equipment installed.

8) Preparing Standard operating principle for all Major lab equipments/Radiology equipment and Critical Care equipment and also ensure and demonstrate safety Measure taken for operating of equipments.

9) Preventive maintaince plan/Calibration of major equipments planning. 10) Coordinationg with Hospital Operation team for budget planning of equipment (CAPEX)/O PEX So that with less investment and low price Equipment get repaired and maintain yearly. 11) Also guiding and proposing of AMC/CMC of major equipments like CT-Scan/MRI/Digital x ray etc…
