Responsible for opening or reviewing correspondence and determining proper action to be taken

Processes changes to cases that occur in between interviews, including, but not limited to initiating sanctions, reviewing new hire matches, adding new/removing individuals from case, processing mail, etc.

Attends necessary trainings as required by the Ohio Dept. of Job and Family Services.

Lighthouse Youth and Family Services

Supervises youth in a residential setting, provide crisis intervention as needed

Provide direct monitoring of youth and facility throughout the work shift.

Document any significant events via log, progress notes, etc., complete incident reports for review of Job and Family Services, police department, or psychologist, and or any other individuals working with client

Provides direct support to customers and ensure that benefits are used to meet customers current basic needs (i.e. food, clothing, housing, medical care and personal comfort items). Sustains direct contact with outside agencies and services to assist with community resources. Maintains and monitors all relevant client correspondence from Social Security and other relevant agencies. Ensure agency compliance with representative payee laws and guidelines by preparing reports required & preparing for annual audit, entering all required data into the FSFB Data Systems.
