As a seasoned and competent Site Manager with more than 3 years of experience leading construction work crews, I am confident that I can make a substantial impact on your organization’s success as your next Construction Superintendent. I would bring to your team various construction site experience, including insights of operations management and quality management expertise, equipment maintenance, and occupational health and safety regulations. I possess a record of success in planning projects and, scheduling projects, instituting Project management methodologies that work to improve efficiency and institute cost reduction.

My key responsibilities during my previous position as Site Manager included negotiating both contracts of internal employee needs; as well as contracts externally to vendor supply acquisition and sub contracting services.
