Project Details :

It’s comprises of Terminal buildings, Metro terminal bus stand, Workshop Buildings, UG Sump and Bus fingers around 80 acres

Responsibilities :

Barbending Scheduling for steel,shuttering quantity bills and sub- contractors bills.

Terminal building plan and execution work overall works

Successfully completed 3 running bills as per the desired deadline so far

Bus finger road works for GSB,DLC & PQC leveling, Measurement checking, and overall site control and quality of work done.

Reporting to Deputy manager and quantity survey for all structural works like terminal buildings & bus finger.

PROJECT II :

Designation : Site Engineer ( Aug’18 – Apr’20)

Project Details : Smart City work of Laying of utility chamber for Water, Gas &

EB cables in tumkur city Bangalore.

Project Details :

It’s comprises of around 20km of laying utility chamber for water, gas & eb cables and after road line laying works comes under smart city in tumkur.

Responsibilities :

Assist check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Collecting the revised drawings and plans from consultants and forwarding it to execution.

Rate analysis for subcontractors and Piece Rate Work items.

Preparation of variation orders for changes in the contract scope and certification from consultant.

Preparation of co-ordination drawings & method of statement to execute the project in a engineering way.

Closely monitor project activities for conformity to contract and specifications

Arranging labour and their requirements for machine & man Power materials.

PROJECT III :

Designation : Site Engineer (November’16 – June’18)

Project Name : Providing 450mm dia DI water line from Puzhal water tank

to Puzhagaram Zone, Kadhirvedu Zone, KS Nagar Zone, Puzhal Zone & Surapattu Zone from 50 LL OHT.

Contractor : Aqua Designs India Pvt Ltd

Client : Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board

Project worth : 59.62 crores

Project Details :

It’s comprises of around 172km of DI pipeline, Thrust blocks, valve chambers and a

unified suction well and pump house of 25m height, Discharge chamber, Admin building etc.,

Responsibilities :

Liaison with Consultants, Clients and Subcontractor in Coordination with Project Manager/ Contracts Manager.

Preparation of co-ordination drawings & method of statement to execute the project in a engineering way.

Scheduling the work along with labour and materials in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Preparing indent for the site requirements.

Periodical check for the documents at site like pour card and other checklists.

Periodical visit to the sites.

Closely monitor project activities for conformity to contract and specifications

PROJECT IV :

Designation : Junior Site Engineer (October 2015 – Nov 2016)

Project Name : Multistorey Building of G+12 Floors

Client : Shravanthi Chambers of Builders and Developers

Project worth : 65 crores

Project Details :

Multistorey Building of G+12 Floors of having 130 flats and Including Swimming Pool, Play Ground & Gym. The Project value is 65 Crores and the site held in Ganigara Palya Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

Any activity which requires further improvement will be done after the Discussion with project manager and planning engineer.

Site supervision and ensure the quality of work.

Arrange the material and manpower for the work.

Effective co ordination with various internal departments.
