Duties and Responsibilities

Receiving and inspecting all incoming deliveries and reconcile with purchase order for quantity and quality as specified.

Maintaining database of all receipts, issues and transfers.

Raising Material Requisition for Purchase.

Follow up with Suppliers and procurement for timely delivery of materials.

Updating stock card for enquiries and monitor availability of materials.

Preparing weekly and monthly stock reports.

Controlling documents of all receipts, issues, transfers and other correspondences.

Preparing material damage and discrepancies report, material receipt note, material transfer note, material delivery note and ISO documents.

Preparing stock Summary of Critical items on daily basis.

Taking physical Counts of materials at frequent interval and tally with stock ledger.

Issue daily consumables, materials, Spares, Tools and equipment’s to site.

Ensuring proper and safe storage of materials prone to spoilage.

Storing hazardous materials according to the specification of MSDS.

Coding, Tagging and labeling for materials, tools and equipment’s as per their category, part number and specification.

Observing and implementing HSE requirements while receiving, moving and storing materials.

Assisting in ISO and other relevant Audits at Store.

Maintaining tools, tackles and equipment’s with proper calibration and validity.

Ensuring proper arrangement of materials and allocating space for the rotation of materials.

Identification of non-moving items and control accumulation of such items through transfer to needy sites and warehouse.

Arranging disposal of scrap at a regular interval to ensure proper housekeeping within store premises.

Co-ordination and execution for all activities at Store.

Maintaining time card of employees and hired manpower whenever assigned.

Dealing patiently with day to day issues at Store and finding proper solution to them.
