•Daily management for production, quality, safety and take corrective action to achieve exactness and retain the levels already achieved.

•Identify and eliminate waste of any form.

•Trouble shooting to root-cause equipment and process related problems.

•Making Separate identification of hazardous and Non-hazardous waste box.

•Monitoring parts control system in SMT by using MS-Excel.

•Controlling dust monitoring inside SMT shop floor.
