Premier Online Store (POS) & Billing Excellence Superior Technology (BEST): Worked as a Test Analyst for Bulk Order project, a web based ecommerce application, which is designed for Premier Online store (POS). The main purpose of this application is TCM (Telecom managers of a company) users can log into Premier online store and can successfully place an order for phones/devices/plans/Accessories/Features in bulk that is up to 100 lines maximum. Bulk Order can contain 10 different LOSG types/sub-types with 100 lines maximum.

BEST is comprised of a front end interface, Sybase and SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and UNIX scripts. UNIX scripts are used to load data files sent by the billers into the viz best_DB, Staging, WINProc and WIN_CDR databases. There are several Kintanas (projects) in BEST and I worked as a test Analyst for BEST 9.7 Regression, 91827(BMG ebill phaseII) & 98439(iphone and open access data rating) kintanas.

Thoroughly gone through the Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Wire Frames, Content Design Documents, Use Cases and Flow Diagrams to better understand the Application under Test.

Mobile Handset BT (Blue Tooth) Dublin: Worked as a STE for the Mobile Handset Dublin Team for BT Profiles and BT Pairing Testing. The 4 BT profiles are Phone Book Access Profile (PBAP), Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), Hands Free Profile (HFP) and Dial Up Network (DUN). BT Pairing is to establish connection between devices. In BT Pairing the user will be required to pair or bond his BT devices with PND by transacting a PIN number. There are two different modes of pairing 'Discovery' and 'Discoverable'. In discovery mode PND device looks for an external BT device to pair with. In discoverable mode PND device to be found by an external BT device. With 4 BT profiles and pairing together PND (Portable Navigation Devices) devices would get access to personal BT phones and to external data network. The PND device is based on CE5.

Read FRS document to better understand the BTprofiles and pairing features and the mobile application testing process on various Handset platforms and test environment.
