top of day to day pharmacy operations. Fully responsible for a pharmacy with sales in excess

$1,000,000 per month and prescription average of 600 per day.

Staff Pharmacist St Luke’s Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy March 2014 to December 2018

Provided prescriptions, counseling and education for outpatient, employee, discharged

inpatients and long term care/rehab residents. Oversaw pharmacy compounding and

provided staff training/development.

Infusion Pharmacist and Interim Manager November 2018 to April 2021

parameters, prescription orders and sterile compounded medications prior to dispensing in our

infusion room. Provided nurse education and assisted with ordering and inventory oversight.

Plan, coordinate & develop policy and procedures for St Luke’s Acute Care Pharmacy for

dispensing of specialty medications in our oncology area. Acquired MO Board of Pharmacy

approval for our location and worked with insurance companies for credentialing.

COVID19 Vaccination Clinic December 2020 to April 2021

Provide patient counseling, compounding services and vaccinations at St Luke’s COVID

clinic providing over 1200 vaccinations per day
