Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and familiarization of Project Specifications and applicable standards (like NEC, IEEE, IEC, NEMA, ANSI, etc.).
Review and familiarization of Tender drawings and IFC drawings.

Controls all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial actions, where punch list and Inspection reports was raised to construction to have non -occurrence of the installation.
Create Critical Highlights, Surveillance Inspection reports and damaged reports during Inspection where Construction instructed to Follow Procedures and ITP’s.
Assure that the performance of inspections and verifications of activities complies with engineering designs and the contract requirements.
Ensure that applicable inspection, measuring and test equipment used at the project construction site is controlled, calibrated and maintained.
Liaise with construction personnel and Client regarding quality issues.
Conduct Toolbox Meeting with the subject related to the works the skilled workers will execute at site.
Conduct internal inspections at the Construction site to ensure all the installations are as per approved drawings, project specifications, and standards.
Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) & Site Surveillance Reports (SSR’s) to construction team for all the non-conformance works.
Prepare Redline drawings for all the changes in location or routings.
Submit Request for Inspections (RFI’s & MIR’s) to client representative/consultant and ensure their approvals for the following inspections;
1. Grounding and Lightning Protection System - Material, Installation, and Continuity and Resistance Testing inspection
2. Lighting and Small Power system- Material, Devices and Fixtures Installation, and Testing of illuminance inspection
3. Cable Management System – Material and Installation inspection 4. Cables and Wires Dressing - Material, Cable/Wire Pulling, Insulation Resistance Testing, and Termination inspection.
5. Electrical Panels & Distribution Boards, Transformers, Switchgears, RMU’s, Generators, ATS, Synchronization Panels, UPS, etc. – Material, Installation, Termination, and Testing and Commissioning inspection.
6. Low Current Systems( Data Structured Cabling, IP CCTV System, Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, Access Control System, Building Management System, Digital Signage & IPTV System, Master Clock System, Audio Visual System)- Material, Installation, Testing and Commissioning inspection.
Overall commissioning and supervision the installation of systems, plants and equipment to make sure that all are working properly and that they meet the client’s need.
Review Bidding documents, drawings including scope of works and required specifications and standards.
