cnc press brakes such as amada Cincinnati LVD accurpress and trumpf ..i have formed all types of steel from 26 gauge to 3/8plate holding close tolerances to 1/64 and half degree on angles..using calipers,tape measure,micrometers and protractor were used every day,reading blueprints and forming very challenging prototype pcs were what I specialize in I always like a challenge..I pride myself as a skilled sheet metal worker having made very few mistakes over the many years I've done this type of work. I require no training and hit the ground running every day . I also have 10 years experience in the kosher food industry having worked at bluegrass dairy and food for nearly 10 years there we spray dried cheese shortening and milk products into powder to be used in other products such as goldfish crackers little debbie cakes and other baking powders and various other ingredients. We were an SQF certified company that was very organized and having the kosher mark also meant that sanitation, dedication to quality and hard work was what we were all about utilizing GMPs were routine and a common daily practice at the plant . I also unloaded milk trucks and ran antibiotic tests on the milk to avoid contamination to in house creams and liquids. We also ran tests such as salt percentage,titratable acidity, and butterfat test assuring that we were 100% accurate that what we produced was good quality choices for our customers ..I take pride in working hard whether its steel Fabrication or blending kosher cheese.
