Provide customer service for all external and internal customers.

Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person or department they are

looking for. Assist internal customers with the same courtesy when they are asking for

assistance from you.

Topening the department for the day, responsible for setting up the coffee bar, balance

the petty cash drawer. Set up the in and out whiteboard (all sales department personnel,

who's in and who is out or off that day). Write up daily schedule of New Car, preowned

and Hyundai Sales personnel, again for who is in, off or out for that day. Receive and

sort mail and send to appropriate persons.

Put together Dealer Trade paperwork and ensure that stock numbers, VIN numbers all

match up. Contact the Make Ready department to ensure the outgoing vehicle is

available if the keys are not in the Kiosk or Key packet is not filed. If there is a check for

the difference, have an ALM pick up the check from accounting.

Contact drivers to do the dealer trades if we do a trade for a vehicle we need for a

salesperson, if their trade, other dealership will come in to pick up the vehicle they came

to trade. Check in all incoming (our) dealer trades and get all books, extra key, MSO and

check (if applicable). If the other dealership has a dealer trade, the incoming vehicle is

usually a stock vehicle and will then go to Make Ready.
