SpaceLab — Product Designer

Cupertino, CA April 2021 - Present

-Working with a team of Data scientists, Designers and Engineers to develop a product for exoplanets and astronomical studies that would cater the needs of NASA Scientists and serve as an educational resource.

-I am responsible for creating a holistic product.

-The project is in phase 1 of conducting User Research, identifying the most appropriate research methods for this product.

-With the mobile first approach, I am in the process of content inventory with the competitor apps and then would move on to user interviews with scientists to gain their insights .

BridgeCare — Product Designer

San Francisco, CA March 2021 - April 2021

-Worked closely with the Head of Product, designers and engineers to deliver a clickable prototype with research and analysis of the new feature in the existing product for mobile and web interface

-Conducted mixed User Research methods - remote user interviews, crafting interview script, contextual inquiries and ethnographic research, affinity map workshops and personas

-Experience creating navigational flows for the users, sketches, wireframes and prototypes

-Experience adding to patterns and components to the existing design system

-Working with 2 other designers, I led the project and scoped the work appropriately, thereby providing a structured, feasible and quality end deliverable within a tight deadline.

-Worked with cross functional team- Adobe analytics by creating usability test plan with user scenarios to capture the overall user journey across 6 different touch points in the checkout process

-Worked on OAUTH services Intuit Products - Mint, Quick books, Turbo tax working closely with designers to ensure the right product is developed and shipped as per design specifications

-Acted as point of contact for OAUTH services from financial data service (FDS) at INTUIT

-Developed a complete functional automation framework on casper js with approximately 186 test cases for authentication services across mint and quick books in 2 months.
