Professional Experience as a Planning Engineer

Preparation of Micro (L3 & L4) Level schedules based on L2 Schedule.

Preparation of Master schedule by using various software(MS Excel, MS Projects and Primavera P6)

Review of progress, Updating of Plan andReporting.

Preparation, control of documents (Document Schedule & Drawings respectively) and updating the same with current progress, contractors bill registers, forecast dates and revision status.

Preparation schedules and project related other activities, Administration activities by using MS Excel logical functions & conditional formatting tools.

Evaluation of project, present cost / benefits analysis at project decisionpoints.

Finalization of requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters as well as project scheduling including material & manpowerplanning.

Co-Ordination with various departments in site as well as head office (Finance Dept., Procurement, Admin/HR, Asset management dept., HSE Dept., Quality management system and Site team) to run the project smoothly.

Co-ordination between Site Engineering andVendor.

Arrangement of the kick-off meeting with the vendors/contractors.

Follow-up and coordination to ensure timely delivery of equipment/Product as per schedule or to meet the projectrequirement.

Preparation of engineering report like Daily progress, weekly and monthlyreport.
