Responsibilities.

o Responsible for all aspect of electrical ongoing work, designing, developing, Planning, Execution, facilitation and maintaining electrical systems. o Provide input on creation and editing of technical specification and manages works with other member of team.

o PLC(Mitsubishi FX, delta &Simons S7 300)installation, wiring & Troubleshooting. o Installation of Servo Drives &VFD(variable frequency drivers) like invert, Lens, Mitsubishi, Danfoss, Yaskawa, Veichi, LG, Gold Star, Hitachi, Omron etc. o Application of Electrical Instrumentation, Devices &Familiar with communication between PLC, Servo drives and HMI through Ethernet, can bus, profibus & Mitsubishi PLC programming through GX Developer.

o Maintaining,installation of UPS system and different kind of instrument like Flow meter, Proximity sensors, Linear sensors, Level switch,encoder,resolver etc o Installation, Maintaining, services and repairing MV/LV ( 0-11kV)(11kV-440v) transmission & distribution panels & MV/LV Transformer(1250KVA-440V)(440V-220V) switchgear(VCB,ACB&MCCB) panels, control room electrical equipment’s o Installation, maintaining &repairing induction Motors(up to 184 HP)&Servo Motors(up to 20 HP)

o Power and control panel (24DC, 110DC, 24AC, 110AC, 220AC, 440AC) designing& Reading, Analyzing of circuit& power layout & control drawings. o Diagnosing, Troubleshooting of control & power circuits using drawings, hand tools, testing equipment’s & Undertaking electrical installation& routine maintenance work. o Erection, installation& maintenance of textile processing machines. o Basic & detail engineering for the provision of earthling pits of electrical installation & Detail engineering with safety factor in the design. o Design for illumination of different areas & lux calculations. o Cable size calculation cable scheduling, cable trench &its route selection, overhead or underground with proper protection system.

o Installation and commissioning of 10MW Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant. o Planning & Supervision of Installations of Electrical Instrument on SP&AQC boiler. o Supervision of cable Laying, Cable trench, wiring, Termination & Conduit layout of MV

& LV Panels.

o Installation of HV&LV Panels & Electrical Installations, control & power of Machines. o Working on steam Turbine, cooling tower, condenser & RO Plant. o Installation of Transformer (6KVA to 440v) &Installation of control & power panels of motors.

o Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at the site.

o Estimate prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, equipment’s, tools, etc … required for all electrical and related works prior execution . o Assign targets for accomplishments and ensue targets are met on a daily basis for all electrical groups at site.

o Final Documentation, Billing Works & Making daily and monthly BOQ (Bill of Quantity) of electrical works.

o Keeping all the paper work properly up to date& Ensure project runs on schedule o Submits daily site repots, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as per required.
