The Cove: Hudayriat Leisure and Entertainment District (Al Hudayriat Island, Abu Dhabi):
Located along the beach the project has 13 buildings for commercial purpose surrounded by several leisure activities and extensive landscape for the public. The island was developed by the Client for the purpose of Entertainment and leisure for the public. EXPO 2020 Dubai - Ireland Pavilion:
The Irish Pavilion at the Expo 2020 was constructed by the Ireland Government. The project by built at a value of AED 23 Million and built through the times of Covid 19 and handed over to the Expo team. The Irish pavilion was the first country pavilion to complete the project with all authority approvals and made ready for open for the original Expo 2020 date itself. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Being the project lead Engineer I had the responsibility of planning and execution of the project.
• Laising with Expo Authorities and Dubai Municipality for all building approvals.
• Laising with the project Consultant for all execution activities and approvals.
• Laising with the consultant for all inspection and approvals.
• Preparation of all method statements and technical documents to the consultant for the work execution.
• Preparation of all technical documents for EXPO team for the work execution.
• Laising with EXPO landscape authorities for the pavilion external completion and handover.
DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE BUREAU (DAR CONSULT):

Twin B+G+4 Commercial and Residential Building (Meydan, Dubai): Al Menzal Meydan project is a twin residential and commercial building with community park connecting the building spaced over 255,000 Sq.ft of area being built for AL TAYER REAL ESTATE GROUP. The project is valued at an approximate of AED 151 Million for each building.
Roles and Responsibilities:
I as Project Engineer reported to the Project Manager and responsible for the following:
• All civil shop/execution drawings Review and Approvals.
• Taking part in progress, coordination and technical meetings.
• Review of technical submittals.
• Liaising with Dubai Municipality Engineer for approvals of work.
• Inspection of site works in stage by stage manner.
• Monitoring of site progress and Quality levels and payment certificate assessment.
• Witnessing all construction materials related tests and trial mixes.
• Project final snagging, variation discussion and project closing out works. RMB GROUP: DUBUILD CONTRACTING LLC:
(2013 – 2016)
G+9 Residential Building (Fujairah):
Being my first project was employed as a Site Engineer and was handed with execution responsibilities and was reporting to the Construction manager. The project value was AED 27 Million spaced over 31000 Sq ft of area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Site Planning and execution of structural and Architectural works.
• Coordination with consultant to obtain approvals for all site works.
• Planning daily activities on site and preparing and submitting daily reports, progress reports and procurement reports to Construction manager. GBMT Steel Curtailment Factory (ICAD-III, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi): The project was valued at AED 17 Million and built on an area of 249,000 Sq ft. The project consisted of steel yards and warehouses and plant rooms. Deployed as project site engineer and later was promoted to project engineer during the course of the project and was reporting to the Project manager and was trusted with work until the handover of project. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Site Planning and execution of structural and Architectural works.
• Project Engineering works (Submission of shop drawings and materials).
• Coordination with consultant to obtain approvals for all site works.
• Material and Machinery Procurement coordination.
• Authority inspection and approvals.
• Cost and time variation claims.
• Preparation of baseline program and updating of project progress. German International School: Precast Structure (Academic city, Dubai) The project was built by the German consulate at an estimate of AED 107 Million. The project was completely precast and had 5 different blocks/buildings with several international level school features and landscape features to be coordinated into. Roles and Responsibilities:
Being the project engineer was also involved in all post tender meeting and value engineering works. Was handed the project technical coordination works and was reporting to project Manager and liaising with project management group deployed by the client. In addition, following were also my responsibilities:
• Project technical Engineer and Site coordinator.
• Planning and execution of All Finishing Works in coordination with Client and Consultant.
• Project Engineering Works (Submission of Technical and Materials Sheets for approval).
• Material procurement, price negotiations and tracking of material delivery to site.
• Review and preparation of contract and contract amendment works for sub-contractors.
• Complete site coordination with sub-contractors at site and subcontract payment certification.
G+1 Community Villa (4 Villas Dubai):
The project consisting of 4 luxury villas at Al khawaneej area built at an approximate value of AED 3.5 Million Each and 107,000 Sq ft in total area. Roles and Responsibilities:
Designated as Project Engineer for complete planning and execution of the entire project from start to handover.
• Liaising with consultant and client over project works and changes.
• Site Planning and execution of structural and Architectural works.
• Project Engineering works (Submission of shop drawings and materials).
• Liaising with authorities for inspection and approvals.
• Cost and time variation claims.
• Preparation and submittal of technical documents for project.
• Attending technical meetings and progress meetings.
