Responsible for Spare Parts Management which includes defining inventory level, identifying vendors, Price negotiable and review of min-max quantity or al critical spares at regular interval.

Responsible for repair & Maintenance Budget Planning and Keeping it under control by driving cost saving initiatives.

Responsible for implementing the condition base maintenance (CBM) mythology for improving equipment availability & reliability.

To make the dynamic check sheet for preventive and daily- weekly maintenance & update the same by looking major problem of the month.

Coordination with engineering contractors/ AMC service providers for various machine maintenance activity.
